Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                 
the House consider the Senate message (page 2384) on the following:                                                             
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 104(RLS)                                                                                             
     "An Act renaming the Alaska performance scholarship and                                                                    
     relating to the scholarship and tax credits applicable to                                                                  
     contributions to the scholarship; relating to AlaskAdvantage                                                               
     education grant funding and to Alaska performance scholarship                                                              
     funding; establishing an account and fund for those purposes;                                                              
     making conforming amendments; and providing for an effective

Representative Austerman moved that the House concur in the Senate                                                              
amendment to CSHB 104(RLS), thus adopting SCS CSHB 104(FIN),                                                                    
and recommended that the members vote no.                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate                                                                      
amendment to CSHB 104(RLS)?"  The roll was taken with the
